Job summary

Fresh Origins seeks an experienced Manager, AI & Business Transformation to lead the AI program from the business side. You will sit with Operations, Sales, Accounting, and Production to map processes, identify AI/value opportunities, and run projects delivering automation and AI adoption.

You will manage AI partnerships, pilots, and reporting to leadership. Responsibilities include defining KPIs, partnering on the data lake and Power BI, and ensuring AI initiatives are grounded in the ERP data

Qualifications

5+ years as business analyst, systems analyst, or project manager in ERP-driven environment.
Proven record leading cross-functional projects and managing vendors/consultants.
1+ years leading or contributing to AI, ML, or intelligent automation initiatives; generative AI experience preferred.
Experience with BI platforms (Power BI) and data lake/warehouse.

Responsibilities

Own the AI roadmap and project portfolio from discovery to adoption.
Lead education of leaders on AI concepts, risks, and business value.
Gather requirements, map processes, quantify effort, and define success metrics for AI use cases.
Manage AI consultants and partners to deliver scope, budget, and timeline.
Drive adoption of enterprise AI tools and governance across the company.
