Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an Enterprise AI Security Architect to lead security architecture across AI and cloud-native environments. The role operates remotely within the United States, reporting to the CTO office and collaborating with security, EA, and engineering teams to embed secure design across platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, architecture, engineering, or a related technology discipline, including leading enterprise security architecture in complex environments.
• Ability to translate technical security risks into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
• Experience designing AI security architecture for cloud-native, AI infrastructure, or ML environments.
• Experience designing and securing on-premises or hybrid AI infrastructure, including GPU-accelerated compute, private AI/ML platforms, model hosting environments, data pipelines, and corresponding security controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the security architecture and technical design for AI and emerging technologies across cloud, data, identitiy, apps, and infra.
• Partner with EA, Security, Infrastructure, engineering, and business leaders to embed security into technology strategies.
• Review complex designs, identify risks, and provide practical recommendations balancing innovation and risk.
• Define and evolve security architecture for cloud-native AI and data environments.
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails for scalable, secure delivery.
• Advise senior leaders on security architecture decisions and translate risks into business terms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI capabilities for responsible adoption.
• Influence governance, exceptions, and technology investments.
• Mentor architects and strengthen enterprise security practices.
