Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an Enterprise AI Security Architect to drive security across AI and enterprise IT architectures. This remote role emphasizes translating security risks into business terms and partnering with senior leaders to align technology with risk management and regulatory requirements.

You will lead security design for cloud-native and AI environments, develop guardrails, and mentor engineers while collaborating with multiple domains to strengthen enterprise security

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity/architecture experience, including enterprise security leadership.
• Ability to translate technical security risks into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
• Experience designing AI security architecture for cloud-native or AI infra environments.
• Experience securing on-premises or hybrid AI infrastructure, including GPU-accelerated compute and data pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and design for AI and emerging tech across cloud, data, identities, apps, and infra.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Engineering to embed security into tech strategies.
• Review designs for security risks and provide practical, business-aligned recommendations.
• Define and evolve security architecture for cloud-native, AI, and data environments.
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails for enterprise delivery.
• Advise senior leaders on security decisions and translate risks into business terms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend responsible adoption approaches.
• Mentor architects and engineers to strengthen enterprise security practices.
