Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an Enterprise AI Security Architect to lead security architecture for AI, cloud-native and hybrid environments. You will partner with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Engineering to embed protective patterns across data, identities, applications, and infrastructure.

The role emphasizes translating complex security risks for senior leadership, developing reusable security guardrails, and guiding governance for AI adoption, all within a remote-first setup

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity, architecture, or related tech.
• Ability to translate security risks for senior leaders.
• Experience designing AI security in cloud-native or ML environments.
• Experience securing on-premises or hybrid AI infra and data pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and design for AI and emerging tech across cloud, data, identit y, apps, and infra.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and engineering to embed security into tech strategies.
• Review designs for risk, and provide practical, business-aligned recommendations.
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails for enterprise delivery.
• Advise senior leaders on security decisions and translate risks into business terms.
• Evaluate and plan responsible adoption of generative AI and other new tech.
• Mentor architects and strengthen security architecture practices.
