Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an Enterprise AI Security Architect to lead security across cloud-native, AI, data, and integration environments. This remote role partners with the CTO office to align security with business strategy and regulatory requirements.

You will mentor architects, develop guardrails, and influence enterprise technology decisions while delivering secure design patterns for AI and emerging tech.

Qualifications

• Translate technical security risks into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
• Experience designing AI security architecture for cloud-native, AI infra, or ML environments.
• Experience designing and securing on-premises or hybrid AI infrastructure, including GPU-accelerated compute and model hosting environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and technical design for AI and emerging technologies, translating strategy into architectures, standards, and guardrails.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, engineering, and business leaders to embed security into technology strategies.
• Review complex solution designs, identify security risks, and provide practical recommendations balancing innovation, outcomes, and risk.
• Define and evolve security architecture for cloud-native, AI, data, identity, and integration environments.
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails to enable scalable, secure delivery across the enterprise.
• Advise senior leaders on security architecture decisions and translate risks into business terms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI capabilities and recommend responsible adoption approaches.
• Influence governance, exception management, and technology investment decisions.
• Mentor architects and engineers and strengthen enterprise security architecture practices.
