CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring an Enterprise AI Security Architect to lead the security architecture for AI and cloud-native environments. This remote role supports multiple US locations, embedding security into enterprise strategies and guiding technology investments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT and business units to shape secure, scalable AI solutions. You will mentor teams, define guardrails, and translate complex security risk into actionable business recommendations

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent in a technical field
• 10+ years of cybersecurity/architecture experience leadings enterprise security architecture
• Ability to translate technical security risks for senior leaders
• Experience designing AI security architecture for cloud-native or ML environments
• Experience securing on-premises or hybrid AI infrastructure and data pipelines
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams

Responsabilités

• Lead security architecture and design for AI and emerging tech across cloud, data, apps, and integrations
• Partner with EA, Security, Infra, and engineers to embed security into tech strategies
• Review designs, identify risks, and provide practical recommendations balancing risk and business goals
• Define and evolve security architecture for cloud-native, AI, and data environments
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails for scalable delivery
• Advise leaders on security decisions and translate risks into business terms
• Evaluate emerging tech and AI security capabilities and adoption approaches
• Influence governance, exceptions, and technology investments
• Mentor architects and strengthen enterprise security practices
