CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an Enterprise AI Security Architect to lead security architecture across cloud, AI, and data environments. This remote role serves in the CTO/enterprise architecture context, shaping security patterns and governance for complex, regulated environments.

You will collaborate with enterprise, security, and engineering leaders to translate risks into actionable, executive-ready recommendations and guide secure adoption of AI technologies across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive cybersecurity/architecture experience, including enterprise security leadership.
• Ability to translate security risks into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
• Experience designing AI security for cloud-native or ML environments.
• Designing and securing hybrid AI infrastructure, data pipelines, and related controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and design for AI and emerging tech across cloud, data, and applications.
• Embed security into technology strategies with cross-functional partners.
• Review designs, identify risks, and provide actionable mitigation recommendations.
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails for enterprise delivery.
• Mentor architects and engineers to strengthen security practices.
• Advise executives on security decisions with business-focused guidance.
• Evaluate AI security capabilities and responsible adoption approaches.
• Influence governance, investment decisions, and exception management.
