Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is actively hiring for an Enterprise AI Security Architect - Enterprise Architecture - Remote. The role leads security architecture for AI and emerging tech, partnering with EA, Security, and Engineering to translate strategy into reference architectures and guardrails.

You will mentor architects, drive cloud-native and AI security decisions, review complex designs for risk, and influence governance and technology investments across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity, architecture, or related tech leadership experience.
• Ability to translate security risks into clear executive recommendations.
• Experience designing security for cloud-native/AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and technical design for AI and emerging tech.
• Collaborate with EA, Security, Infra, and engineering leaders to embed security into strategies.
• Review complex designs for security risks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Define evolving security architecture for cloud-native, AI, data, identity, and integration environments.
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails across the enterprise.
• Advise senior leaders on security decisions and translate risks into business terms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including generative AI and advise on adoption.
• Influence governance and technology investment decisions.
• Mentor architects and engineers to strengthen security practices.
