Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring an Enterprise AI Security Architect - Remote to lead security architecture across cloud, AI, and enterprise platforms. You will translate complex security risks for senior leaders and shape governance for AI initiatives in a remote US workforce.

The role requires 10+ years in cybersecurity and enterprise architecture, with deep experience in cloud-native security and AI infrastructure. Remote work is available nationwide with Hawaii/Alaska exclusions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity/architecture with enterprise security leadership.
• Translate security risks into executive recommendations.
• Design AI security for cloud-native, AI infra or ML environments.
• Secure on-premises or hybrid AI infrastructure, including GPU compute.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and design for AI and emerging tech across cloud, data, identity, and applications.
• Collaborate with EA, Security, Infra, engineering and business leaders to embed security strategies.
• Review designs, identify risks, and provide practical risk-based recommendations.
• Define and evolve security architecture for cloud-native AI and data environments.
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails for enterprise delivery.
• Advise senior leaders and translate risks into business terms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and responsible AI adoption approaches.
• Influence architecture governance and technology investment decisions.
• Mentor architects and engineers to strengthen enterprise security practices.
