Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking an Enterprise AI Security Architect to lead security architecture and governance across cloud-native and AI ecosystems. This remote-friendly role partners with CTO and enterprise domains to define strategy and deliver secure, scalable solutions.

You will mentor teams, translate risks for executives, and shape AI security roadmaps while balancing regulatory needs and business outcomes in a remote-first, flexible workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
• 10+ years of cybersecurity/architecture/engineering experience including enterprise security architecture leadership.
• Ability to translate technical security risks into clear senior-leader recommendations.
• Experience designing AI security architecture for cloud-native AI infrastructure or machine learning environments.
• Experience designing and securing on-premises or hybrid AI infrastructure including GPU-accelerated compute, data pipelines, and supporting security controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and technical design for AI and emerging technologies across cloud, data, applications, and integrations.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, engineering, and business leaders to embed security into technology strategies.
• Review complex designs, identify risks, and provide practical recommendations balancing innovation and regulatory needs.
• Define and evolve security architecture for cloud-native AI, data, and integration environments.
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails for scalable, secure delivery across the enterprise.
• Advise senior leaders on security architecture decisions and translate risks into business terms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI capabilities and recommend responsible adoption approaches.
• Influence governance, exception management, and technology investment decisions.
• Mentor architects and engineers to strengthen enterprise security practices.
