CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring an Enterprise AI Security Architect to define the security strategy for AI across our enterprise architecture. This remote role serves across the United States and partners with CTO and business domains to design secure, scalable solutions.

You will lead cloud-native and AI security architecture, create reusable patterns and guardrails, review designs for risks, and mentor engineers to raise security practices.

Formación

• Experience translating security risks into actionable guidance for executives.
• Designing security architectures for cloud-native and AI environments.
• Experience securing on-premises or hybrid AI infrastructure.
• Strong written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead security architecture and technical design for AI and emerging technologies across cloud, data, and integrations.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and engineering leaders to embed security into tech strategies.
• Review complex designs, identify risks, and provide practical, business-aligned recommendations.
• Define security architecture for cloud-native, AI, data, identity, and integration environments.
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails for scalable enterprise delivery.
• Mentor architects and engineers to strengthen enterprise security architecture practices.
• Advise senior leaders on security decisions and translate risks into business terms.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including generative AI and advise responsible adoption.
