Harper is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with customers and partners, deploying and optimizing Harper's platform in real enterprise environments. You will speak with CIOs, own customer outcomes, and operate with minimal travel while using AI tools to accelerate delivery.

In this remote, high-ownership role, you’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams, guide technical conversations, and help customers realize measurable value from Harper’s platform at scale.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with customers to understand technical requirements, objectives, and constraints.
• Build, configure, integrate, and deploy Harper's platform inside customer environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve systems, data, integration, and operational issues during deployment and after go-live.
• Own customer outcomes end-to-end in fast-moving environments while coordinating with internal teams.
