Job summary

Aiden is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to build and close a pipeline of enterprise software deals in endpoint management and IT automation. This remote role supports the CEO, CTO, and solutions teams to learn the product, buyer, and sales motion from the ground up.

You'll own outbound prospecting, run end-to-end cycles with IT buyers including CIOs/CISOs, and apply value-based selling within enterprise procurement cycles, using AI tools to boost efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience.
Enterprise software experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills and ability to learn technical material quickly.
Comfort with a compensation structure that rewards performance over tenure.
Interest in AI and cybersecurity as high-growth markets.

Responsibilities

Build your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, and channel referrals.
Run the full sales cycle from first conversation to close with CIOs and CISOs.
Learn and apply value-based selling for enterprise procurement cycles.
Use AI tools to automate outbound work and streamline sales tasks.
Contribute to proposals and pricing experiments with a small team.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Marketing for market feedback.
Keep accurate pipeline records and forecasts.
