Job summary
Aiden is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to build and close enterprise software deals in endpoint management and IT automation. This remote role offers uncapped earning potential and direct collaboration with our CEO, CTO, and solutions team to learn the product and the sales motion.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably enterprise software.
- Track record of self-motivation and exceeding targets.
- Strong communication skills and ability to learn technical material quickly.
- Comfort with a compensation structure that rewards performance over tenure.
Responsibilities
- Build and own your pipeline through outbound prospecting and referrals.
- Run the full sales cycle from first contact to close with IT/security buyers.
- Learn and apply value-based selling for enterprise procurement cycles.
- Use AI tools to automate repetitive outbound work and streamline sales tasks.
- Contribute to proposals and pricing models with a small, hands-on team.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Marketing to relay market feedback.
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and forecasts.
