Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 7–9 years of experience.
• Experience in cloud or infrastructure technologies and IT consulting or support.
• Minimum 2 years in an enterprise customer-facing role.
• Hands-on experience deploying and driving adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and related adoption/change-management.
• Deep technical expertise in Microsoft security and compliance technologies (Entra, Purview, DLP).
• Experience building and governing AI agents with Copilot Studio.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer adoption and sustained usage of Copilot and related AI solutions.
• Advise customers and partners on Copilot and cloud technologies.
• Design, deploy, configure, and operationalize AI solutions.
• Lead technical engagements addressing identity, security, governance, data access, licensing, and platform readiness.
• Develop AI adoption and change-management strategies.
• Coordinate with partners to accelerate AI deployment and adoption.
• Engage decision-makers to tie AI usage to business value.
