Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an AI Architect to design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio. You will define secure knowledge-grounding strategies across SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Dataverse, and establish governance standards for responsible AI.

You will lead agent workflows, integrations with Teams, Outlook, APIs, and Azure services, and provide technical leadership through architecture workshops and reviews.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio solution architecture and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Conversational AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG/Grounded AI, and Responsible AI.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power Automate, Dataverse, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint Online.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Services, Azure AI Search, Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Key Vault, and Azure Monitor.
• Strong stakeholder management, solution design, and enterprise governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Design secure knowledge-grounding strategies leveraging SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and enterprise data sources.
• Define agent workflows, prompts, topics, actions, and governance standards.
• Lead integrations with Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Microsoft Graph, APIs, and Azure services.
• Establish security, compliance, responsible AI, and access-control frameworks.
• Conduct architecture workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and implementation guidance.
• Create reusable architecture patterns and operational best practices.
