Rate is $75.00–$85.00/hr. W2. You will influence stakeholders, align operating models, coach leaders, and drive continuous improvement across EPO, Technology oversight, Enterprise Agility, and Commercial business.

Qualifications

• Proven record of enterprise agile or operating model transformations.
• Ability to influence without authority as a consultant or internal practitioner.
• Executive presence with credibility at director level+.
• Fluency with scaling approaches SAFe, Scrum@Scale, LeSS, Flight Levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior enterprise agile expert for internal teams and partners.
• Drive change in resistant groups to sustain momentum.
• Coordinate operating model design including roles and governance.
• Coach leaders and teams on agile practices at scale.
