Our client seeks a Team Operations Integration Lead to serve as an internal change agent within Business Process Management and Enterprise Agility. Rate: $75.00 to $85.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a senior source of enterprise agile expertise for internal teams and business partners.
  • Engage with resistant, skeptical, or stalled groups to drive meaningful change.
  • Facilitate alignment and common ground to sustain transformation momentum.
  • Operate credibly with senior stakeholders while maintaining transformation standards.
  • Lead internal transformation within Business Process Management and Enterprise Agility.
  • Integrate ways of working across EPO, Technology oversight, Enterprise Agility, and Commercial business.
  • Coach teams, leaders, and process owners on agile practices at and above the team level.
  • Partner on operating model design, including roles, decision rights, intake, and governance.
  • Assess current state, identify impediments, and sequence change accordingly.
  • Coach leaders individually, including those who did not request coaching.
  • Build internal capability to reduce long-term dependency on the role.
  • Establish and use flow and outcome metrics that leadership trusts.
Experience Requirements
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise agile or operating model transformations to outcome.
  • Experience driving change without formal authority as a consultant or internal practitioner.
  • Demonstrated coaching capability that shifts leadership mindset, beyond facilitation.
  • Executive presence with credibility at director level and above.
  • Experience in large, complex enterprises; financial services preferred or comparable regulated complexity.
  • Clear intent to pursue a durable internal role over consulting assignments.
  • Fluency in multiple scaling approaches such as SAFe, Scrum@Scale, LeSS, or Flight Levels, without dogmatism.
  • Comfort with portfolio-level practices including intake, funding, prioritization, and dependency management.
  • Working command of flow metrics, WIP management, and incremental planning at scale.
  • Understanding of product operating models with focus on outcomes over output and clear ownership boundaries.
  • Process improvement literacy, including value stream mapping and Lean.
  • Extra credit: advanced coaching or consultant certifications (CTC, SPC, ICP-ACC/ICP-ENT, PST).
  • Extra credit: experience integrating agile with process excellence or BPM functions.
  • Extra credit: familiarity with Jira Align, Rally, Planview, or comparable portfolio tooling.
  • Extra credit: partnership track record with Organizational Change Management.
