Eliassen Group is seeking a senior Team Operations Integration Lead for a contract-to-hire role, remote with preferred locations including Raleigh, NC, Charlotte, NC, and Phoenix, AZ. You will drive enterprise agility across BPM and Governance, coaching leaders and teams to transform operating models and flow metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering enterprise agile or operating model transformations to outcome.
• Experience driving change without formal authority as a consultant or internal practitioner.
• Demonstrated coaching capability that shifts leadership mindset beyond facilitation.
• Executive presence with credibility at director level and above.
• Experience in large, complex enterprises; financial services preferred or regulated environments.
• Fluency in multiple scaling approaches (SAFe, Scrum@Scale, LeSS, Flight Levels) without dogmatism.
• Comfort with portfolio-level practices including intake, funding, prioritization, and dependency management.
• Working command of flow metrics, WIP management, and incremental planning at scale.
• Understanding of product operating models focused on outcomes and ownership boundaries.
• Process improvement literacy, including value stream mapping and Lean.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior source of enterprise agile expertise for internal teams and business partners.
• Drive meaningful change with resistant or stalled groups.
• Facilitate alignment to sustain transformation momentum.
• Operate credibly with senior stakeholders while upholding transformation standards.
• Lead internal transformation within BPM and Enterprise Agility.
• Integrate ways of working across EPO, Technology oversight, Enterprise Agility, and Commercial.
• Coach teams, leaders, and process owners on agile practices at and above team level.
• Partner on operating model design, including roles, decision rights, intake, and governance.
• Assess current state, identify impediments, and sequence change accordingly.
• Coach leaders individually, even when coaching is not requested.
• Build internal capability to reduce long-term dependency on this role.
• Establish and use flow and outcome metrics trusted by leadership.
