Job summary

Yelp is seeking a Technical Ad Producer to serve as the primary creative and technical troubleshooter for our Enterprise partners. You will bridge client objectives, policy, and campaign execution, coordinating with Sales, Ad Ops, Product, and Engineering to deliver compliant, high-performing assets across channels.

This full-time remote role in the United States emphasizes CRO, analytics-driven optimization, and hands-on development of HTML5/CSS/JS creatives, with collaboration to support

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital ad design or art direction with client-facing roles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with analytics to optimize performance and CRO.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the creative authority for enterprise clients and translate objectives into ad strategies.
• Guide clients in high-impact ad layouts reflecting brand identity and KPIs.
• Explain policies and technical standards to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, account management, ad operations, product, and engineering teams.
• Develop and troubleshoot HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript creatives for cross-platform compatibility.
• Implement advanced tracking solutions with engineering and product teams.
• Automate production workflows and QA using scripting languages.
• Provide feedback to leadership to improve processes and outcomes.
• Develop assets for Display, Video, CTV, Native, DOOH, Audio on platforms like The Trade Desk.
