Job summary

Yelp is seeking a Technical Ad Producer to act as the primary creative consultant and technical troubleshooter for our Enterprise partners. This full-time remote role reports to the Director, Technical Ad Production and serves as the escalation point for high-value clients, driving policy-compliant, high-performing creative assets.

You will work with Sales, Account Management, Ad Operations, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end campaign success for leading brands, leveraging HTML5/CSS/JS

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital ad design, creative strategy, or art direction with client-facing experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with enterprise relationships.
• Deep understanding of creative elements that drive ad engagement and use analytics to optimize performance.
• Familiarity with ad serving mechanics, trafficking processes, asset specifications, and digital ad operations.
• Advanced proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Web Designer).
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
• Develop and troubleshoot HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript ad creatives for compatibility and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering/product teams to implement advanced tracking solutions.
• Use scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) to automate workflows and QA.
• Diagnose technical issues in ad serving, rendering, and data collection.
• Explain complex technical or policy concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the creative authority and escalation point for enterprise clients, translating objectives into digital ad strategies and assets.
• Guide clients in developing high-impact ad layouts and creative executions aligned with brand identity and KPIs.
• Explain advertising policies, technical standards, and guidelines to clients to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, account management, ad operations, product, and engineering for seamless campaign execution.
• Apply CRO and display ad analytics knowledge to improve ad performance.
• Address creative friction with policy-compliant solutions that meet client vision and company standards.
• Provide feedback to leadership and teams to improve creative processes, policies, and outcomes.
• Develop and execute creative assets for Yelp Website campaigns and programmatic channels across Display, Video, CTV, Native, DOOH, Audio on The Trade Desk.
• Participate in production, QA, and trafficking of assets ensuring specs and performance, including collaboration with Celtra.
