Job summary

Cumula 3 Group seeks an experienced Relationship Development and Sales Leader to drive value for its 300+ customers and deepen relationships between C3 and client companies. The role reports to the VP of Managed Services and will lead the C3 Account Management Team.

The position focuses on advising, advocating for, and serving customers through C3 Services, Third-Party Solutions, and NetSuite Licenses, ensuring targets for revenue and relationships are met across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling consulting/technical services in an account management org.
• 3+ years managing direct employees.
• 3+ years selling NetSuite or other Cloud ERP/CRM licenses (preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving personal and team goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute the revenue and relationship plan for the Account Management Team.
• Hit quotas, KPIs, and Rocks for the team.
• Maintain a focus on Relationships, Revenue, Renewals, Referrals, and References.
• Serve as the relationship manager with Enterprise Customers and close opportunities.
