NiCE Cognigy delivers AI that works—fast, human, and enterprise-ready. NiCE seeks an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to own UK&I enterprise opportunities, engaging senior decision-makers and driving digital transformation with our SaaS solutions.

You will manage full sales cycles from prospecting to close, build ROI models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This remote role offers growth in a hyper-growth environment and opportunities across multiple roles and regions.

Qualifications

• Experience selling SaaS to enterprise customers.
• Proven track record of closing complex deals with senior executives.
• Ability to navigate long sales cycles and build business cases.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new enterprise customers in UK&I region.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline via self-directed prospecting.
• Develop territory plans to meet business goals.
• Lead full sales cycles from discovery to close.
• Map ROI and drive digital transformation conversations.
• Coordinate RFP/RFI responses and stakeholder input.
• Collaborate with BDRs, Presales, Marketing, Product and Finance.
• Represent NiCE at industry events and demos.
• Maintain accurate CRM engagement records.
