Job summary

NiCE Cognigy is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our Nordics Sales team. You will partner with potential customers across industries to understand their needs and demonstrate how Cognigy’s AI-powered CX platform can drive transformation.

In this role you’ll own complex cycles, negotiate with senior executives, collaborate with internal teams, and represent NiCE at industry events. Remote-friendly, fluent Swedish and English are required.

Qualifications

• Experience selling SaaS to enterprise clients.
• Proven track record of managing full sales cycles from discovery to close.
• Ability to communicate with C-Level executives and build ROI business cases.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new enterprise accounts in the Nordic region.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with BDRs, presales, marketing, product, and finance.
• Deliver demos and craft ROI models.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast.
