Job summary

NiCE Cognigy is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to expand our U.S. presence. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, aligning Cognigy’s platform with high-impact transformation initiatives and driving large, complex deals to closure.

You will collaborate with channel partners, BDRs, and internal teams while maintaining a hunter mentality to independently advance opportunities and build a robust ARR and ACV portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in selling SaaS or technology (UCaaS, CCaaS, AI).
• Ability to navigate complex deal structures and ROI calculations.
• Comfortable engaging with SVP/C-Level executives across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Run full sales cycles from account planning to close.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline and achieve ARR targets.
• Coordinate responses to RFPs/RFIs and collaborate with channel partners.
