Job summary

Fountain is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to sell Fountain solutions to large employers in industries where hourly work is core, including retail, hospitality, logistics, services, and healthcare. Your accounts will have 5,000+ employees, with buyers at the senior executive level in talent acquisition and operations.

You will prospect, build a strong pipeline, articulate Fountain’s value, and manage a complex enterprise sales process to close 5-6 figure ARR.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software sales experience with a focus on selling to senior executives.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing 5-6 figure deals.
• Strong knowledge of technology solutions for HR, recruiting, and hourly work markets.
• Startup experience and selling novel products requiring creativity and evangelism.
• 2+ years of remote work experience.
• Willingness to travel frequently (1+ per month).

Responsibilities

• Prospect to key accounts within territory and build a sustainable pipeline with marketing and SDRs.
• Articulate Fountain’s vision, products, and value proposition with a value-first approach.
• Navigate a complex enterprise sales process across HR, recruiting, operations, IT and other teams.
• Close new accounts with 5-6 figure annual recurring revenue.
• Set up customers for long-term success with honest and integrity.
• Track customer information and progress in Salesforce and Fountain tools.
• Contribute to a culture of accountability and team selling.
