Job summary

GT Independence, LLC is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to provide face-to-face personal service to consumers and their support networks across Oregon. This remote position will likely require daily travel to serve clients in their homes and communities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related field
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office products proficiency
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
• Team participation skills
• Familiarity with administration and clerical procedures

Responsibilities

• Conduct enrollment with the person served and circle of support in a timely manner
• Ensure enrollment documents are complete and accurate
• Suggest improvements to internal processes to prevent issues
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Uphold company values and mission
• Perform other duties as assigned
