BroadPath, a Sagility Company, seeks an experienced Outbound Sales and Enrollment Coordinator to join our remote team. The role involves consultative selling, eligibility verification, and guiding applicants through Medicaid and public assistance enrollment processes.

We offer a bilingual Spanish-English track and English-only track with weekly pay. Candidates must have a high school diploma and be comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in consultative sales and outbound calling.
• Excellent listening and communication skills; ability to handle objections.
• Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet and a distraction-free workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Engage members using a consultative approach to drive enrollment.
• Verify eligibility requirements and collect data accurately in CRM systems.
• Make outbound calls to individuals who may qualify for healthcare or public assistance, following scripts and compliance guidelines.
• Educate members on Medicaid benefits, enrollment steps, and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulations.
