Scene Health is seeking an Outbound Enrollment Specialist to perform high-volume outreach and enroll eligible patients into our adherence and lifestyle programs from a remote setting. The role focuses on outbound calls and texts, guiding patients through enrollment with empathy and clear explanations, while maintaining accurate Salesforce records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in health education, patient engagement, or a related healthcare role.
• Background in health coaching, public health, or community health work.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage in warm, empathetic conversations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience conducting outreach via phone, SMS, and video communication.
• Ability to explain complex health concepts in a simple, motivating way.
• Proficiency with database systems and mobile applications.
• Weekend availability.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with patient prospects via phone, text, and email to present Scene services and facilitate enrollment.
• Employ active listening to identify programs and services matching insurance benefits and health needs.
• Guide patients through enrollment with motivational support and technical knowledge.
• Maintain patient demographics in Salesforce.
• Overcome objections and technical barriers to ensure a smooth onboarding.
• Assist patients with technical setup, including app downloads and troubleshooting.
• Connect patients to health system resources via multiple modalities.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and enrollment status.
• Assist patients with Scene’s Spotlight app usage and setup.
• Set performance goals with Scene management and strive to meet or exceed them.
• Adapt to changes in services and processes to meet patient needs.
• Provide feedback to improve program effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships with patients and care team.
