Job summary

BroadPath, a Sagility Company, is hiring experienced Outbound Sales and Enrollment Coordinators to join our remote team. We are hiring for both English-only and bilingual Spanish-English roles.

Ideal candidates are consultative sales professionals who combine persuasive communication with empathy and precision, ensuring every interaction is both impactful and compliant. The position offers base pay starting at $16 per hour (English-only) and $17 per hour (bilingual), with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in consultative sales, scheduling, or retention.
• Proven ability to initiate high-volume outbound calls.
• Strong listening skills and ability to guide conversations toward enrollment.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and a distraction-free workspace.

Responsibilities

• Engage members using a consultative approach to drive enrollment.
• Verify eligibility information and update CRM systems accurately.
• Conduct outbound calls following approved scripts while maintaining compliance.
• Educate members on Medicaid benefits, enrollment steps, and required documentation.
• Meet performance metrics including call volume and enrollment targets.
