Syracuse University’s D’Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF) seeks an on-campus Navigator to guide veterans, service members, and military families to the right IVMF program. You will assess goals, eligibility, readiness, timing, and constraints while explaining pathways clearly and enabling smooth enrollment.

The role operates in a high-volume, person-centered environment, with careful documentation, warm handoffs, and cross-program referrals to support the participant

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years in program advising, enrollment, admissions or related student services.
• Excellent organization, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with veterans or military families.

• Serve as primary point of contact for prospective participants guiding to IVMF programs.
• Conduct discovery conversations to determine goals, eligibility and timing and recommend next steps.
• Document interactions in the CRM with clear ownership and next actions.
