Vynca Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Manager to own the day-to-day performance of the patient enrollment engine. This hands-on, metrics-driven leader will drive outreach targets, coach a team, and ensure every patient interaction aligns with our clinical standards and compassion.

This remote role involves supervision of an RN, medical assistants, outreach specialists, and a clinical liaison, with up to 25% travel for trainings and meetings across select states.

Qualificações

• 2 years of people management experience.
• 5 years in direct care delivery as an RN, including palliative/hospice/complex care.
• Experience overseeing telephonic outreach/enrollments in healthcare.
• Proven ability to meet daily production or outreach metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Own daily outreach and enrollment performance including targets and conversions.
• Monitor real-time outreach metrics and adjust efforts to protect daily volume.
• Lead daily enrollment huddle and manage priority lists and barriers.
• Supervise Enrollment RN, Enrollment Medical Assistants, Outreach Specialists, and Clinical Liaison; conduct reviews.
• Develop onboarding and training for new staff; mentor team members.
• Ensure compliant documentation and HIPAA/privacy standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing and leadership to optimize outreach strategies and messaging.
• Coordinate staffing plans based on expansion goals and market needs.
