Job summary

Quantum Montessori is seeking a warm, organized Parent Enrollment & Family Support Specialist to guide families from initial inquiry through enrollment. This remote, U.S.-based role requires clear communication, detail orientation, and the ability to explain tuition and enrollment requirements to prospective families.

You'll respond to inquiries, conduct enrollment meetings, and help families identify the right program, while maintaining confidential records and following established policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in school admissions or enrollment preferred.
• Ability to guide families through enrollment process.
• Comfort discussing tuition and enrollment requirements.
• Strong follow-up and record-keeping.
• Ability to learn and explain our Montessori programs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to prospective-family calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Conduct initial parent enrollment meetings.
• Explain programs from genuine familiarity with Quantum Montessori.
• Explain tuition and enrollment requirements.
• Communicate parent and student expectations clearly.
• Answer common questions using established school information and policies.
• Help families identify the appropriate available program.
• Follow up with prospective families.
• Send enrollment information and materials.
• Guide interested families through the enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate records of prospective-family communications.
• Escalate questions requiring administrative or educational decisions.
• Maintain warm, professional, and confidential communication.
