Job summary

Quantum Montessori is seeking a warm, organized Parent Enrollment & Family Support Specialist to guide families from initial inquiry through enrollment. This remote, U.S.-based role requires clear communication, detail orientation, and the ability to explain tuition and enrollment requirements to prospective families.

You'll respond to inquiries, conduct enrollment meetings, and help families identify the right program, while maintaining confidential records and following established policies.

Qualifications

Parent Enrollment & Family Support Specialist

Quantum Montessori is a small, educator-owned Montessori and homeschool education provider seeking a warm, confident, highly organized Parent Enrollment & Family Support Specialist to guide prospective families from initial inquiry through enrollment.

This is a remote U.S.-based position.

Applicants must:

• Currently reside in the United States.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be able to perform the position while physically located within the United States.

Quantum Montessori does not provide employment-based immigration sponsorship for this position.

What You’ll Do

• Explain tuition and enrollment requirements.

Program Immersion

Firsthand understanding of Quantum Montessori is an important part of representing our school to prospective families.

Team members are expected to participate in our program-immersion process so they understand what our families actually experience and can speak confidently and accurately during enrollment conversations.

For team members with an eligible child, 100% tuition-free enrollment for one child in an eligible Quantum Montessori Online Homeschool or Independent Homeschool program is included as a benefit of the position.

This firsthand experience allows our enrollment team to understand our systems, expectations, parent responsibilities, educational approach, and family experience rather than relying solely on scripts or sales materials.

The tuition benefit remains available while the team member is active, performing the responsibilities of the position, and meeting established performance expectations.

The benefit does not apply to School-from-Home programs. Full eligibility and continuation requirements are provided in the agreement.

Compensation

This is a performance-based, contract-to-permanent opportunity with uncapped earning potential.

Up to $130 per qualified family successfully assisted through the enrollment process.

Compensation is per family, not per student. There is no cap on the number of families you may assist or your resulting performance-based earnings.

Full compensation and performance terms will be provided in the agreement.
