Insight Global is seeking a remote Enrollment Specialist to support a network of private tuition-based schools nationwide. This is a full-time, remote role working M-F from 8am-4:30pm EST.

Candidates must sit in the EST time zone, located in the continental United States. You’ll handle both outbound and inbound calls with prospective families, guiding them from initial inquiry to scheduled tour, from tour to completed visit, and beyond.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in a call center, inside sales, admissions, or customer-facing role focused on phone-based communication.
• Located within the United States and able to work in EST time zone.
• Dedicated remote workspace with reliable internet.

Mansioni

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective families to schedule tours and post-tour follow-up.
• Receive inbound calls with questions about programs, availability, and next steps.
• Execute targeted call campaigns, including tour confirmations and re-engagement.
• Communicate across phone, text, email, and chat with a consistent brand voice.
• Articulate school value and tailor conversations to family needs.
• Document conversations and dispositions in the CCaaS and CRM.
