Job summary

OpenEd is hiring an Enrollment Advisor to own a book of families in a designated state and shepherd them from signup to funded enrollment. You will contact families within minutes, run a 45-day cadence across calls, texts, and emails, and push required documents to completion.

You will maintain pipelines in HubSpot, build knowledge of state rules and funding, and help shape the enrollment playbooks as the function grows.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ in a phone-forward role (inside sales, admissions, SDR, or enrollment).
• Comfortable dialing families daily without prompting.
• Clear, concise writer in text and email. One ask per message.

Responsibilities

• Make first contact within minutes of a family signing up.
• Run a structured 45 day enrollment cadence across phone, text, and email on every family in your book.
• Drive enrollment task completion (proof of residency, immunizations, birth certificate, SPED documentation) within 30 days of signup.
• Host live 1:1 walkthroughs and state specific information sessions for families who are stuck.
• Diagnose why a family has stalled and remove the specific blocker.
