Job summary

Keypath Education seeks an Enrollment Advisor to guide prospective students through the application process for their University of choice, helping assess fit and assist through admissions and registration. Roles are available as remote, hybrid, or in-office, reflecting flexible work arrangements.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of sales experience and strong communication skills, with a focus on meeting targets.

Qualifications

2-3 years of sales experience, outbound calls preferred.
General knowledge of higher education and/or college admissions recruitment is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technically proficient.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
Ability to work with all management levels and oversee delegated tasks.

Responsibilities

Communicate with prospective students via phone, email, or text regarding the University and program.
Follow guidelines for lead management and move leads through CRM statuses.
Provide consultative support to help students make informed decisions from lead to start.
Use the database to track student progress and communications.
Meet daily metrics: calls per day, speed to lead, talk time, and applications per day.
Offer feedback on lead quality, quantity, and trends.
