Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in competency-based education.
• Online teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Use rubrics and supplemental information to provide fair and encouraging evaluations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of curriculum within assigned workload.
• Respond to student outreach and return evaluations within 48 hours.
• Work with Associate Deans to provide proactive outreach to students in need of academic assistance.
• Check SNHU email daily before evaluations.
• Log work hours in university system.
• Join Reviewer online community.
• Attend video/telephone meetings with manager and team members.
• Support academic integrity validation and processing potential violations.
• Participate in quality assurance and project improvement activities.
• Protect student privacy.
