Qualifications

• Online teaching experience for at least one year.

Responsibilities

• Use rubrics and supplemental information to provide fair, encouraging evaluations and feedback.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of curriculum within assigned workload.
• Respond to student outreach and return evaluations within 48 hours.
• Collaborate with Associate Deans to proactively reach out to students needing help.
• Check SNHU email daily before evaluating.
• Log work hours in university system.
• Join Reviewer online community.
• Attend video/phone meetings with manager and teammates.
• Support academic integrity validation and addressing potential violations.
• Participate in QA processes and project improvement activities.
• Protect student privacy.
