Job summary

TransPerfect is hiring professional bilingual speakers fluent in English and Haitian Creole to provide consecutive interpretation services in a variety of industries. Applicants should have experience in call centers or customer service and be capable of managing calls with accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a language and interpreting skills assessment.
• Minimum of 6 months of call center, customer service, or interpreting experience.
• Comfortable with assertive communication and session control.

Responsibilities

• Provide consecutive interpretation services between English and Haitian Creole.
• Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and feedback sessions.
