Job summary

TransPerfect Connect is seeking highly fluent bilingual interpreters (English ↔ Haitian Creole) for a structured call center role. You will provide consecutive interpretation across medical, legal, and financial services, maintaining accuracy, neutrality, and confidentiality.

Four weeks of paid training are offered, with remote or on-site options. Ongoing development opportunities include QA, training, and leadership roles within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Requires fluency in English and Haitian Creole (B2+).
• Minimum 6 months in call center, customer service, or interpreting work.
• Ability to pass language and interpreting skills assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide consecutive interpretation between English and Haitian Creole across industries (medical, legal, customer service).
• Maintain neutrality, preserve tone and emotion, ensure confidentiality.
• Manage call flow professionally and log activity with basic computer tools.
• Participate in training, coaching, and feedback sessions to improve performance.
