Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models, comparing image and video pairs, and explaining what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking naturalness, comparing outputs to prompts, spotting issues like distorted anatomy or audio mismatches, and writing concise explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating how natural, useful, and clear they sound.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming, replaying) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and writing a concise explanation in English.
