Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models, scoring exchanges, and comparing image/video pairs to judge adherence to prompts. You will explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely on your own schedule.

Contributors work from home with flexible hours; fluent English, sharp attention to detail, and clear written communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to review outputs carefully.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating how natural and clear each exchange sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, glitches, text errors, or mismatches between audio and video.
• Writing a concise English explanation of observations highlighting what was seen or heard.
