Job summary

Outlier offers a remote, flexible role inviting detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, rate outputs, and explain what looked off, from home or while traveling.

The work supports frontier AI research; you’ll describe issues in writing and help improve how AI systems reason and respond to prompts. Compensation is hourly with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio/video and note observations.
• Write a concise English explanation pointing to what was seen or heard.
