Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, score each exchange, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated images and videos, rating outputs for adherence, quality and realism, and providing concise explanations. This role is fully remote with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication for everyday conversations.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then rating naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video misalignment.
• Writing a specific explanation in English that points to what was seen or heard.
