Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a remote, flexible schedule. You’ll roleplay with AI voice models, rate outputs for naturalness and accuracy, and explain discrepancies in writing. Your evaluations help improve AI reasoning and performance across projects.

Eligible applicants from many countries can participate, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. Earn up to $18/hour plus incentives, without a minimum hour requirement.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.
• Eligible applicants from Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in and replaying) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio misalignment.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
