Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will perform live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

In this role you will help shape how AI systems reason and improve by providing precise written feedback, following prompt instructions, and delivering high-quality evaluations from home.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in for quality checks.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is desirable.
• Comfortable speaking in natural, everyday conversations.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge alignment with prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flicker, or misaligned audio.
• Write concise English explanations pointing to observed issues.
