Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You'll help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn by providing written explanations that point to observed issues, with flexible hours and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to think clearly and decide when both options have flaws.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely—zooming, replaying—to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs on dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a concise English explanation.
