Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of home, on your own schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing.

Role supports remote work with flexible hours and weekly payments. You’ll rate outputs for naturalness, accuracy, and realism, and help guide AI systems toward better real-world performance while earning up to $15 USD per hour plus

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence and quality.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism with written explanations.
