Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing.

Your work helps improve how AI systems reason and respond in real-world tasks. Contributors work remotely with flexible hours and can earn up to $15 per hour, with weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic situations clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rating performance.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Documenting explanations in writing in English detailing observed issues.
• Rating outputs across dimensions such as adherence, quality and realism.
